Open Agriculture is an open access journal from De Gruyter’s Open Access portfolio, publishing original articles reflecting the latest achievements on agro-ecology, soil science, plant science, horticulture, forestry, food science, agricultural economics, agricultural engineering, climate-based agriculture, amelioration and related topics. Its major goal is to spread up-to-date knowledge on Agriculture, along with maintaining the high quality of its published content. The journal accepts submissions of original scientific papers, short communications, review articles and case studies and offers an immediate publication upon completing the publishing process.


Open Agriculture is covered e.g. by SCOPUS and Web of Science - Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI). We are also indexed in: SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) 2018 with 0.246; CiteScore 2018: 0.78; Source Normalized Impact per Paper (SNIP) 2018: 0.916.



Foods (ISSN 2304-8158, Impact Factor=4.092) is an open access and peer reviewed scientific journal. Articles are released monthly online, with unlimited free access. Currently, Foods has been indexed by the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCIE - Web of Science), PubMed, and Scopus.


Our aim is to encourage scientists, researchers, and other food professionals to publish their experimental and theoretical results as much detail as possible.
