Abstract submission
Only 2 abstracts per registered participant (oral or poster) can be accepted.
IMPORTANT: before you submit an abstract, please register for the conference. To register click here.
In case that your abstract is rejected, you can cancel your registration without any cancellation fees.
Abstracts sent by e-mail will not be accepted. All abstracts will undergo a reviewing process before acceptance.
Abstracts for oral and poster presentations need to have maximum 300 words.
You can choose the type of Presentation between:
Normal Presentations:
- Oral presentations
- Poster with Short Oral Presentation
- Poster
Presentations for the Student Competition (see here):

- Poster with Short Oral Presentation & Award Participation
After successful registration you will be able to submit your abstract here. After the successful submission you will have 1 day to make any changes in your submitted abstract, then your abstract will be assigned to the reviewers of the Scientific Committee and you will no longer be able to make changes. The acceptance message will be sent well before the payment deadline.
All abstracts must be submitted in English, otherwise they will not be accepted.

You can submit an abstract either just after the online registration process or after logging in to your Conference Account by using the URL and login details sent to you by e-mail after your registration to the conference.
You can upload maximum 2 abstracts per registered person.
Accepted abstracts will be included in the Book of Abstracts as long as the payment of the registration fees is completed by 18 November 2023.
