Abstract Submission Procedure


Up to 2 abstracts per registered participant (oral or poster) can be accepted.


The Certificates of Attendance/Presentation will be available on the participant's conference account on Monday 10 July - please download them on time!



All authors should have received the acceptance/rejection notification.

IMPORTANT: before you submit an abstract, you have to register. If your abstract gets rejected, you can cancel your registration without any cancellation fee.

 

The abstract submission for the conference has an online procedure which has to be followed. Abstracts sent by e-mail will not be accepted. All abstracts will undergo a reviewing process before acceptance. Abstracts for oral and poster presentations need to have between minimum 600 and maximum 2000 characters (no spaces).

 

After successful registration you will be able to submit your abstract(s). Please read the guidelines for abstract submission for more information. The notification of acceptance will be sent well before the deadline for the Early Bird Payment.


All abstracts must be submitted in English.

Accepted abstracts will only be included in the Book of Abstracts if the payment of the registration fees is completed by 01 June 2023. For Early Bird registrations payment must have been completed by 05 May 2023.
