Only 2 abstracts per registered participant (oral or poster) can be accepted.
IMPORTANT: before you submit an abstract you have to register for the conference. In case that your abstract is rejected, you can cancel your registration without any cancellation fees.
The abstract submission for the conference has an online procedure which has to be followed. Abstracts sent by e-mail will not be accepted. All abstracts will undergo a reviewing process before acceptance. Abstracts for oral and poster presentations need to have between minimum 600 and maximum 2000 characters (no spaces).
After successful registration you will be able to submit your abstract. After the successful submission you will have 1 day to make any changes in your submitted abstract, then your abstract will be assigned to the reviewers of the Scientific Committee and you will no longer be able to make changes. The acceptance message will be sent well before the deadline for Bid Payment.
All abstracts must be submitted in English, otherwise they will not be accepted.

Accepted abstracts will only be included in the book of abstracts as long as payment of the registration fees is completed by 5 November 2021.

All posters have to be sent as pdf file via e-mail to gunter@iseki-food.net until 6 November 2021.
Please clearly specify in the file name which kind of poster you are sending: regular poster; student poster; student poster & short oral & competition. The poster files should be named after the first author and abstract ID as following:
